We want to hear your thoughts on heart rate variability in sport and exercise psychology (even if you aren't using it or haven't heard of it before!)

You do not need to be using heart rate variability in practice to be eligible to take part. If you are you will be invited to a follow up interview at the end of the survey 😀

Really enjoyed passing on the knowledge I have gained from @Emma_Mosley and @SylvainLaborde_ about #HRV to the #MSc students! We completed a theory session followed by a practical experiment that they designed based on what they had just learnt! #theorythroughpractice
