@ShamashAran “Shoot to kill” hasn’t been something progessionals anywhere in the Western world have used for almost 30 years, and even then, it was as an explanation, i.e., shoot to kill, don’t shoot to wound.

I've worked as a firearms instructor for many years. I understand the terminology just fine. The proper terminology is "Shoot to stop the threat" and/or "Shoot center mass" Also, coward move to block me after posting this, you bent fork.

@RealKenOKeefe These cocksuckers were rising through the ranks while we (the enlisted) were winning firefights but they (the generals) still somehow managed to lose the war and get 13 Marines killed on the way out. They should be tied to a yardarm and publicly flogged.

Destroying Title IV-D and its associated policies and bureaucracies is the only way to turn this country around.
Jacktron@jacktronprime

Everyone talks about the government being weaponized but nobody talks about family court. That's where men actually lose everything. Their kids. Their money. Their dignity. And nobody cares because society decided a long time ago that dads are disposable. Andy Tank (@TankjmuTank). Family law attorney at @LivesayMyers in Virginia. A real tough guy. Walked up to a during a custody deposition break and told him "you look like shit." Unprovoked. In a lobby full of people. Then scurried back on the record and admitted it under oath like a kid who got caught. That's the caliber of man billing you $500/hr to handle a custody case. A guy who can't keep his composure for five minutes in a hallway but somehow expects a judge to trust his judgment on where your kids should sleep at night. He doesn't respect you. He doesn't fear you. And why would he? The whole system treats men like ATMs with visitation rights. You exist to fund everyone else's lifestyle. The ex. The attorneys. The court-appointed therapists. The guardian ad litems. All of them eat because you bleed. And the second you stop being useful the court reminds you exactly where you stand. Young men aren't stupid. They see this. They see their fathers hollowed out. Their uncles bankrupted. Their brothers alienated from their own children. And they're making a rational decision. Why sign a contract where the other party can break it at any time and you lose everything? Marriage rates aren't declining because men are broken. They're declining because men are paying attention. The system doesn't need reform. It needs to be burned down and rebuilt by people who actually believe fathers matter.

A French general just looked at Trump’s plan to build a runway inside Iran to fly out uranium under active bombing. His response: “American officials should stop snorting cocaine between meetings.” This is the same man who called joining Trump’s war “buying cheap tickets for the Titanic after it hit the iceberg.” The French are not holding back. Colorado is now requiring lawyers in the State, as a condition of logging into its court e-filing system, to promise not to cooperate with federal authorities in enforcing federal immigration law. Please understand: - I do not practice immigration law. - I do not practice criminal law. - Nothing about my civil practice has anything to do with this. And yet because I cannot log into the State's official e-filing system without saluting The Resistance, I now cannot represent my clients, file lawsuits, access cases, file documents in existing cases, etc. If I click "Decline," it kicks me out of the system. I must click "Accept" to access the system and continue representing my civil clients -- again, in cases that have absolutely nothing to do with immigration law or policy. I've read SB 25-276 (the law referred to below). It does not regulate me as a private attorney or any of the clients I represent in civil matters. This is outrageous draconian overreach. I have ethical obligations to my clients to represent them competently. My existing cases have running deadlines that I must attend to. Judges issue orders in my cases that I must follow. If I don't click "Accept" in order to access the State's e-filing system, I will harm my clients, torpedo my practice, and probably commit malpractice. So, I have no choice. I'm clicking "Accept" under protest.

@washghost1 @Thefactsdude There is no, absolutely no, way you can rehabilitate someone who would kill a stranger with a hammer for fun. There is no sense in keeping him alive. This was certainly obvious several years ago.

@Arrogance_0024 Marshall relieved over 600 officers, most of them Colonels, from 1938-9. This is at a time when the Army was only around 180,000. We just lost a war, people need to go.

Army Chief of Staff fired: THIS IS VERY BIG. Firing the Army Chief now, and replacing him with a loyalist, is preparation for orders the previous leadership might have slow-walked or resisted. When you fire a service chief mid-war with no stated cause, the real reason is almost certainly doctrinal disagreement — how the war is being fought. It should be noted that the US started bombing Iranian civilian infrastructure today (Iran's largest bridge). A career infantry officer like George, who ran the Army's transformation initiative, would have serious institutional opinions about the feasibility and cost of a ground operation in Iran. If he was pushing back — even through internal channels — that's exactly the kind of friction Hegseth would remove. The likely replacement is Gen. Christopher LaNeve, formerly Hegseth's own military aide — meaning Hegseth is installing a loyalist at the top of the Army during active combat operations against Iran. Hegseth has now fired over a dozen senior military officers, including Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. C.Q. Brown, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Lisa Franchetti, Air Force Vice Chief of Staff Gen. James Slife, and the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Kruse. Bottom line: This is escalatory. The civilian leadership is systematically removing any institutional brake on military options — this is what the entire purge has been building toward. The George ouster happening simultaneously with Trump's "stone ages" speech is not coincidence. Expect the next two weeks to be the most kinetically intense phase of the war so far.

They may be, but until we bring back frequent hangings lets not do something stupid because we’re standing on principle. Additionally, we have sex offender registries because sex offenders have proven themselves to be people we need to monitor. That is a part of their sentencing (courts have upheld this). The same is with denying the possession of a firearm.

If you accidentally receive your neighbor’s junk mail and throw it in the trash, that’s a federal felony. Should you be stripped of your gun rights for a lifetime for that? This is an insane argument. If anyone is so dangerous to be stripped of their 2nd amendment rights for a lifetime, why are we allowing them to walk around free in our communities? Shouldn’t they remain in prison?

I believe I am almost alone in holding the following two opinions: 1. 14/A is clear, if you're born here and your parents weren't diplomats or in an occupying army, you are a citizen. 2. In today's world, it is unfortunate the birthright provision was written so expansively.

There’s a reason, “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” is in there. Lots of babies are born on our soil and are not citizens; inter alia, the children of ambassadors, consoler officials, military officers, certain foreign conglomerates that have subsidiaries on U.S. soil. This is not new or unusual or controversial.

You guys understand we’re going to lose the birthright citizenship case, right? Before you completely freak out, the traditional understanding of the 14th Amendment, which we are seeking to change, is not an insane reading of it. Nor are our arguments insane like the left has been same. That’s baloney to just shut us up. Neither side is frivolous. It’s a tough call legally and objectively speaking. But when we lose it, and I think we will, don’t freak out that this is some sort of conspiracy. It’s a hard legal decision. Sadly, we have three judges who aren’t even going to try to examine the question and will always vote for what leftists want. But the rest of the court has to make a tough legal call. I think our reading is the correct one. For various reasons, I think they’re going to rule against us. Don’t freak out when they do. It’s not an utterly irrational ruling like so many of the district court opinions we’ve seen.

Wisconsin Supreme Court justices have a profound responsibility: protecting the rights of the people and delivering on the promise of equal justice under the law. Judge Chris Taylor is the only candidate running for Wisconsin’s Supreme Court with a proven record of delivering on that promise. I hope Wisconsin voters join me in supporting her candidacy for Wisconsin’s highest court. Election Day is April 7th — make your plan to vote now. myvote.wi.gov/en-us/
