@jojojaja1899 @Bayous01parody Knowing that Spain were "owners" of Arg. Since France has a friendly way with Spain, they say "okay, sorry, we're leaving". Spain didn't know there were British in the other island, they left the place in their own terms because of lack of money.

One of my favourite Falklands facts:
When the referendum was held in 2013 about whether they wished to remain British or become part of Argentina only 3 people voted for Argentina.
There were 18 Argentinians living on the island at the time…
