@passportwaiting After calling as I’d had the old passport received notification again 25/10 being told it’s sent to a dif office as they were too busy. Advisor put note about 07/11 holiday and it’s now on its way. So relieved.

@ptheepika1 @passportwaiting I was about to phone up again but it’s just moved to application being processed on the tracker. If you haven’t called I’d recommend though as they did add a note on mine saying for 07/11 travel.

@Emmsalea @passportwaiting I’m facing the same issue as well. Doc was received on 6th but got text again saying doc received again on the 26th. Not sure what’s happening with it? Did you speak to anyone regarding this?

@Lauren18273126 @passportwaiting Yes very frustrating seeing people who applied and sent docs later being approved! So stressful when I need it soon

@Emmsalea @passportwaiting So your docs were received on the 2nd Oct and you have only just heard from them? I thought Bootle were working up to the 6th docs received..... so stressful

@SarahLBerriman @passportwaiting When I phoned up asking about it she said that was why I got the email and text again. Thinking maybe I should phone up again.

@Emmsalea @passportwaiting How do you know it’s been moved? I have a child renewal at bootle, docs received 1st October on the 5th I got the text and email saying received again and then on the 6th it went into processing. I phoned and asked about it and I was told mine was still at Bootle
