April 13th our family flight back from USA was cancelled and I incurred expenses that was told would be reimbursed by @AerLingus yet here I am at the end of July STILL chasing a response!

@dominos do you set KPIs for your depots to hit? Widnes must be doing great! I ordered home delivery at 455 said 30 min delivery, tracker says delivered at 525, oh no it isn’t! So I ring. For 30 min to get no answer! Drive down to be told it only left 10 min ago! Joke service
