I looked up the cable types needed for the Canon EOS R5 and the Sony A7R III, and I found that they both use the same cable, which is USB-A (3.0) to USB-C type. So I'll contact Elijah, and make sure he includes a USB-C cable in the package.
@timelapseplus Yes, I mean to trouble you to send me two camera control cables, I can also buy them, The camera control cable you gave in the package I chose to fit Canon R5. I can buy a7r3 control cable, but I don’t know which one I should buy, please tell me, thank you.
@EmotionLing
A shutter release cable is not needed to use the VIEW with those cameras. Would you like for us to send you the USB camera control cable for those cameras, as shown on: timelapseplus.com/buy?
@timelapseplus Hello, I have two cameras, one is Canon R5, and the other is Sony A7R3. Could you please provide me with a shutter release for these two cameras when shipping, thank you. My order number is Order #2482. Thank you very much.
@EmotionLing
As of now only the "External Trigger" method will work when connecting the Genie Mini II to the VIEW (#external-trigger" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">docs.view.tl/#external-trig…). The Interval Mode must be set to ‘External AUX2’ in the time-lapse setup menu. The Genie Mini II triggers each shot via the AUX2 port.
@EmotionLing
Thank you for your interest in the Timelapse+ VIEW intervalometer. The VIEW's firmware was updated to support the Canon R5 back in August, 2020 (github.com/timelapseplus/…), although the manual and website haven't yet been updated for this.
