1. Sell Raphinha & Ferran Torres.
2. Go all in for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (€130M) and Julián Álvarez .
3. Use the Raphinha and Ferran money to fund an elite defense: a proper RB like Timber and a world-class CB to partner with Cubarsí.
That is how you actually rebuild a system.

Picture 1 is my preferred tactical setup from Arteta against PSG because I believe it gives us more wing and midfield control which is PSG powerhouse. But since picture 2 is Arsenal’s regular structure, I would still trust it if we decide to go with our normal tactics.
