Just crossed a 1000 sales... I spent August learning about Etsy The store went live in September The beginning was the hardest part Finding best sellers, recreating best sellers and uploading designs takes time But...you can do this if you just stick at it

@TheOGLunacia I sell in a pretty tight niche where my shirts for example are only slight variations of each other my tags have been fairly similar for these but I’m curious if and how you go about maximizing tag search exposure on listings that are super similar

1% to go until my store gets the Star Seller status I'm not convinced it will increase sales volume or increase the conversion rate But let's see what happens...

@TheOGLunacia Do you have return policy enabled but have it written in the product descriptions no returns accepted to get around the EU required return policy? Or just only focus on US market?

Do Etsy descriptions help with SEO? Nope, I don't think it does Why? Etsy doesn't index product descriptions and you can test this yourself... Go to any product and update it with "asfsadfsdggdsgsdgsdg" Wait for about 2 weeks then do a search for "asfsadfsdggdsgsdgsdg" - do you see your listing in the results? I have over 600 shirts on my store and I use the same, generic product description (size chart, delivery times and the no refund policy since its POD) My biggest competitors all the same...

@TheOGLunacia My current strat as well, printify with subscription seems to be cheapest cogs for most things from what I’ve seen

@EmpireWithEase I use Printify as the main POD (its the cheapest) and Printful as the backup provider
