@TheRealHenry32 If you need some help and inspiration, here’s a starter colour strip for each season The Simpsons was on cels (all from AKOM episodes for consistency). But try to recreate just one for a more authentic effect.

I tried something a little different now. Mid-era Simpsons with 90's look. It helps that these episodes have the fake "cel animation" look with the shadows. After and before. I'm personally not that big on the way this turned out. It looks a little too old.

I like more than one style of animation.

@Marshadow_Slime Speaking as an R&S appreciator, even if John K. was a much better person, I do find the elitism of Spumco fans to that single art style to be detrimental in their cause of making it more popular. Feels like they want it to be everywhere but not necessarily liked.

@LSMark_ I think a textbook case is Doctor Who, at least the classic run. In one official episode poll, the last 2 stories of Season 21 were ranked the all time best and worst respectively.

For her, the adventure turned into a survival mission against an empty world full of cars and trucks that have killed everyone else. Years pass by. She grows old. Still alone. Still escaping sentient cars until one day she physically can’t anymore. This is what her whole life

The ending of TADC’s 4th episode always gets me, but I’ve also always wondered how the others were brought into Caine’s office like Gangle. I’ve constructed a whole other adventure in my head, so bear with me if you want. 🧵
