I haven't been hammering you with marketing for it, and that's intentional. This course matters more to me than launch numbers or a volume grab. I'm playing mental business sudoku at 5am so that you don't have to. What do I mean? Well, decisions in our business aren't easy, because they are *messy* and *entangled* & sometimes revenue feels immeasurable, right? We can't just blindly delete tasks that don't earn much if they are the only thing feeding our creativity & we'd burn out on the work otherwise. We can't nix things that don't have their own visible revenue if it's clear they are the top of a funnel. We shouldn't leave a platform that is our lowest earner right *now* if KPIs show it's the fastest growing one whilst others remain stagnant. What a mess when it comes to working out where to invest energy & time! No more! It took me 8 months, but I do believe I've built an audit & decision matrix that solves all of this for you, really quite cleanly ☺️

@idiotpeach Looking at the concept, looks like it would still require removal for a few sections. What is your ultimate goal? Because cover-ups would. probably be cheaper and, from what I have heard, removal faster, cheaper, and more effective

Some notes: I have a lot of back tattoos (hence why it’s so big) and I am NOT getting them removed. I’m removing tattoos mostly on my thighs. This is so I wouldn’t have to do so much tattoo removal.

Frequently, when booking a cam session or ordering a custom video, fans will ask if there is “anything they should do to prepare”. I.e., “give me free tasks”. Definitely respond because they are in the primed horny state, but make sure you’re locking that sh!t at HIGH prices. They paid for the cam/custom, not hours of instruction beforehand. That’s extra.
