Let's talk about these important dates. The "sensitive" dates coming up that the antis refer to are entirely political. During this time frame the internet is extremely policed by the government, and media is restricted. Why? Two holidays are coming up that focus on the government and the military. One is the remembrance of an earthquake that occurred in 1976 that killed a quarter of a million people. Why is this something that needs to be heavily monitored by the government when spoken about? Because it was the government's fault. (See image) The second holiday is an Army Day of sorts, so military. It has nothing to do with any holiday where the Chinese people were massacred or anything. Or it could be... if you think about how it's a holiday celebrating the PLA... but that's another topic entirely. So don't let the antis fool you. It's just more propaganda.

Regardless, I don't have to blindly accept something told to me as truth, especially when you're all using your "culturally sensitive" dates coming up as lies. Their "sensitive" dates coming up are media blackouts because the government doesn't want people talking about the truth behind them.
