@HandSurgeryAssn @EncoreGlobal_ @IATSE122 We organized and won our union election in July of 2020 and been negotiating since. All we want is a fair contract. We are not asking for the whole pie, just a fair wage. Some of us make a little over minimum wage, while charging substantially more to the client.
