I read this response from the legal unit of OAU Ife. This is a big shame on the institution. The legal team should have sought advice from their 200l law students to avoid this embarrassment. Questioning the validity of a pre-action notice because of old seal? When they're multiple rullings of court on validity of even expired seal? Interestingly, you don’t even need to be a lawyer to issue a pre-action notice. OAU’s incompetence failed the students who participated in their POST-UTME.

We have filed a MOTION EX-PARTE against UNILAG and OAU. They are now ordered by the Federal High Court to suspend all admissions until all raised concerns and investigations are completed. These are our leaders of tomorrow and we need to protect and fight for them for justice
