@TobyRichardsUCL Main concern was accuracy of BP measurements- Left subclavian stenosis I addition to innominate.

@EndeanEric Indiction? Why was the Carotid bypassed. symptoms? What was the Preop MRI of the brain - were there BZ or MCA infarcts? Was a cerebral perfusion scan done?

Right ICA stenosis and innominate very calcified near occlusion treated with median sternotomy, ascending aorta to innominate bifurcation bypass and right CEA w vein patch followed by CABG. @UKvascular
