It makes sense that Nicolas ended up having the most consistent reading of his name, esp once you learn the meaning behind it. (It is based from the Greek name Nikolaos which meant "victory of the people". Likely a reference to how Gaston considered the town hero.)

Hence why the the name Spark Link sounds like ‘sparkling’ and that’s what kirameki means 🥹✨✨

@angelic_pigeon Something I noticed about Ellie's description is how his dislike of crying in front of others could be connected to him being seen as a perfect being and feeling a sense of pressure from it. Especially how they describe him as embodying a princely ideal until midnight 👀

@angelic_pigeon Your theory sounds very interesting! The Spark Riders backgrounds do seem to be connected to their og stories in some way, and I really like how you managed to connect the concept of Ellie's father possibly being a previous Spark Rider himself 👀

Spalik's world building has a chance to actually be interesting if done right, especially since they seem to be leaning to scientific aspects combined with magic

@angelic_pigeon Right? Though I believe the reason why 📚's intellectualism is seen in a better light by others is because of Luminastair's focus on research Hence why in some TL's it seems 📚 had to manually earn others respect, perhaps he had to be courageous and stand up for what he believes

I find it interesting how 📚 is based on Belle, who is outcasted for being well-read & refuses to conform to local expectations, but 📚's description tells us how he *gains* respect from others for his unique philosophy which is not being bound by what is visible and conventional
