i have no desire to be rich so i can buy a rolex or a lamborghini.

The worst thing as a trader is being right on trade but not making any money from it
This happens when you have high conviction, but execute terribly. The common theme I see are traders that:
1. Fixate on the perfect entry - if your conviction is high, get some exposure and scale later. waiting for the perfect entry is how you miss entire moves
2. Lack patience - setups will take longer than you think to play out. when you're staring at a screen 24/7, it feels like it takes forever to develop. zoom out
3. Overmanaging - constantly moving your SL/TP & second guessing yourself. set your plan, size appropriately and let the trade play out
The goal as a trader is to recognize value before it becomes consensus. Yet too many traders mistakenly focus on nailing timing rather than execution
