I've been through this before, and I know better. So this is me holding myself accountable too. 📍 Where It All Started I entered crypto in 2021 with zero knowledge. I just wanted to make money and thought trading was the fastest way. I was wrong. I lost everything in a few months. I tried bot trading had no real plan, and got caught as exit liquidity at the 2021 bull market top. Then I chased candlestick patterns. That failed too. Losing in trading hits differently. It's not just money it's your hard-earned savings walking out the door. And when that happens, everything rushes in at once. The urge to revenge trade. The greed to recover it all in one move. The weight of real-life problems sitting on your shoulders while you're staring at red candles. Every trader has a different story behind their stress. A bill due. A family depending on them. A dream they're fighting for. That pressure twists your mind. And before you know it, you're not trading anymore you're gambling with emotions. That's the moment most people give up.
