It is important to try and tackle stress before it hits by making sure you are ahead of problems before they arise, but in times when you have no control whatsoever there is a lot of things you can do to release that tension while it’s there.

2018 was a year of great experience for us. We completed the Project 500k round II cohort, re-branded to Energrow, won seed funding from @MoICT_Ug, the Rwamwanja and Wakiso surveys and many more. We hope yours was great too. Please share with us some of your highlights of 2018.
