@CityPowerJhb Ref: CP2587113 been without power gor 6 hours + my property is the only property with electricity in our area,reported the issue many times to the call center already, they told me they would escalate the problem. Please can you look into the matter. See attached.

@CityPowerJhb The rest of my area has electricity, if you check up on my reference numbers I have tweet, the problem is when I try to load electricity, it will not accept the token number. I get a error message FAILED. No problem with the area.
