2 days @pennrelays, this foursome ran our fastest 4x4 time ever in the Inter-Ac 4x4 event (ft. a 46.9 split by Abaas Hunter!) They follow that up w/ a 3rd place finish in the DMR Championship of America (2nd fastest time ever for a PA school)! 🤯 @EA1785_Athletic

Maybe the best win of my career. 6 kids and a dream. PA State Champs for the third year in a row. Love that PA has a true indoor state championship, no divisions, public and private. Who is the best in PA!?!

Set new school records at 21.55 (200m) and 9:20 (3200m) today while scoring 14 points in High Jump and 12 points in Triple Jump at the Delco County Champs. I'm proud to be part of a coaching staff that actively coaches every event and every kid.

Delco Championship is off to a FAST start! Eli Engelman wins 🥇, Dawson French grabs 🥈, and Curtis Conner finishes 7th! That puts 18 points on the board for EA! Eli’s time of 9:20.02 is a new school record! @EA1785_Athletic

Here @pennrelays, EA boys win the Inter-Ac 4x400m relay! Jahmir Brown - Dawson French - Eli Engelman - Abaas Hunter qualify for the Philadelphia Area Championship later tonight. Abaas Hunter closed with a ridiculous 47.31 split! This win marks 5 years in a row! @EA1785_Athletic

Additional highlights from today’s meet: Hunter 3rd in 200m, YaYa Johnson 1st in Triple Jump, and Eli Engelman wins the 800m! Also a 🥈 in the throwers 4x100m relay!

Our IA meet today was full of great performances. Highlights include: Abaas Hunter 10.80 in 100 & 21.81 in 200, Eli Engelman 1:56.44 & Dawson French 1:57.11 in the 800, AJ Koukou 54’5” in SP, Anik Vossschulte 11.26 in 100, and of course the always exciting throwers 4x100 relay!

In the 1600m, Eli Engelman just misses a school record, running 4:14.60 for 🥇! Teammate Dawson French wins 🥈 running a new PR of 4:19.12! @EA1785_Athletic

It was a grEAt way to start the meet! All four runners ran sub 2:00 and Michael Woolery ran an anchor leg of 1:52.88 to bring home the win!!
