@Engla_9s @gdhhfgbuff @Deynegga @AlgoTeacher Life expectancy rose, their population growth increased, they got easy access to water and food and medicine for the first time in their history, and had shelter from the elements. Access to technology far beyond their ability. Sounds very oppressed.

@gdhhfgbuff @Deynegga @AlgoTeacher You’re writing this in Arabic? You’re the longest and most prolific slavers in the history of mankind. Europeans brought cities and infrastructure but your people just brought misery and slavery to Africa.

Bir kadın yemeğe çıkacağı adamla ilk buluşmasında “Benim kapımı açacaksın, ben kapıya dokunmam” diye ısrar edince, adam: - 30 dakika araba sürerek buraya geldim. Kişi başı $200 tutacak bir restoran ayarladım. Ancak kendime olan saygımdan eve gideceğim! Sizce şu durumda, saygısız olan adam mı yoksa arabaya binmeyen kadın mı?

Women never earned the right to work. They were tricked into it. One man’s salary used to feed the whole family. Now one salary can’t even pay the bills. She trades her husband’s house for her boss’s office. Leaves his sphere of influence to bow down to some other man’s rules all day. A double shift, every single day. Grinding at the job, then coming home to cook, clean, and pretend she’s still a wife. And while she’s out there playing “independent woman,” who is raising the kids? This is the beauty of female liberation. Another woman, some poor, low-wage third-world nanny or daycare worker getting paid pennies to watch someone else’s children. Women’s freedom is at the price of other women’s enslavement.

Elon Musk is not being blocked from doing business in South Africa, he is just being required to invest in the country as a condition for doing so. Nothing racist about it. But thank god we get to see the richest man on the planet cry about being a victim every day, especially ironic because his wealth can be directly traced to apartheid. True justice should compel him to give back to South Africa.

@elonmusk "President Cyril Ramaphosa acquired 1.2% percent shares in Standard Bank through BEE (Black Economic Empowerment), that is how he became a billionaire." - Moeletsi Mbeki He never actually built any business. That's what these guys do. They will never let it go. They benefit.

The South African laws are literally super racist, plain and simple. It’s not complicated: imagine if the law was called “White Empowerment”, instead of “Black Empowerment”! People would have a seizure 😂 South Africa now has more anti-White laws than Apartheid had anti-Black laws. Think about that for a second … The current South African government has objectively implemented Apartheid 2.0. Shame on them.

With respect @elonmusk , this take is reductive and ignores the reality of what South Africa actually went through and is still recovering from. Apartheid was not just a set of laws. It was a systematic dismantling of an entire people's humanity, land, education, economic opportunity and dignity over decades. The wounds from that do not disappear the moment new legislation is passed. Generational wealth that was deliberately stripped away does not rebuild itself overnight. Black Economic Empowerment exists precisely because the playing field was never level to begin with. You cannot have a genuinely free market in a country where the majority were legally excluded from participating in that market for generations and then simply declare everyone equal when the laws change. That is not equality. That is ignoring history. Comparing BEE to Apartheid is not just historically inaccurate it is deeply disrespectful to every person who lived through and survived one of the most brutal systems of racial oppression the modern world has ever seen.

@LStolch @MikeMongie @elonmusk it could be apartheid for the right reasons... they have been taught to marginalize each other, and now that they have the cards, its best to deal it. its called fair play. when dey have reached a balance, you will see deescalation

@MikeMongie @elonmusk I have a teacher, who is white, lived in south africa and isn't racist. He told our class also how the handling was in south africa and how the goverment reign there. When I think about that, I must agree to Elon and must say this goverment is like the Apartheid.

@BBeatsDOTeth @MikeMongie @elonmusk if u built it 4rm scratch, u cud teach ur partner who now owns 50% of it to keep it afloat... teach them about the industry you manipulated and locked them. if you love and accept a people as an equal member of the society, you liberate em instead of the marginalization

@MikeMongie @elonmusk That’s you. You don’t speak for all whites. I know plenty people who lost their entire businesses because of BEE. Imagine building a company from the ground up only for it to be taken by a BEE person who now owns 51% of your company and they know nthn about that industry .

I have been to that part of the world and I can tell you that you're not telling us the truth. I have friends in Zimbabwe that tell me the truth. I also know people in your country who tell the truth and what you're saying is not the truth. I believe the people who I have known for 20 years and what I have seen with my own eyes when I have traveled there. Stop lying

I'm a white South African and I have literally zero problems with BEE. But hey, what would a white man (Elon) that benefitted from a wealthy upbringing during apartheid know about it? Calling BEE anti-white is anti-intellectual. You're just unhappy that you can't get your starlink empire to expand to a country you happily left. Good riddance too
