@SkySportsNews Any other team go out 4-0 on aggregate and the media batter them. Absolutely batter them. Liverpool … the future looks bright … utter bollocks they’re a million miles off it now and van Dijk being over the hill … they’re fucked!!
"The future looks very bright for this team" ⭐️
Liverpool head coach Arne Slot reflects on his side's performance in their 4-0 aggregate defeat to PSG 🗣️
@vervedaily Am I right in saying that he wrote A Song For the Lovers for Urban Hymns but felt it didn’t fit??? I mean you can’t improve on perfection but perhaps including SFTL on Urban Hymns would have done so!!!
@EnglandIrie It’s crazy to me that this song specifically isn’t a mainstay! What bittersweet symphony is to The Verve, A song for the lovers is to RA’s solo career imo
What’s a song (by the Verve or solo) you wish Richard Ashcroft had on rotation for his current setlist?
My pick is anything from Human Conditions…I wonder why he doesn’t play much from that album these days
Tell me your pick!! I’m curious 👇👀
This performance shouldn’t be surprising when you look at our last four games and how we’ve played - Man City, Southampton, Sporting and now this. Shocking.
That's as poor as I have seen Arsenal play in a long time. They didnt seem to show up until the last few minutes in added time and even then, it wasn't much better.
Viktor Gyokeres still gets questioned, even though he’s now got 12 PL goals in 30 games this season (18 all comps) while adapting to a new team, and Arsenal players adapting to him. And against a good Bournemouth defence today.
Still gets questioned even though his character not in question: never hides, never stops showing for the ball, also looking to run in behind. Takes responsibility, and those penalties of his are hard, fast, well-placed and rarely stoppable (4/43). Gyokeres has occasional quiet games, but never lacks effort. Arsenal need to look to get him in behind more. #ARSBOU
@retrofootballnw Sat in the Directors Box that day … you could have heard a pin drop.
On a separate note … those tickets look quite easy to counterfeit.
All this recent talk about best ever own goals.
Manchester City's Jamie Pollock has to be a contender with this one in April 1998 at Maine Road vs. QPR.
I don't know where the commentary is from!
