So @lhfaria how long until we allow these sponsorships in Tier 2, where people have to balance jobs, schooling and competing because it is not interesting for any organization to put in money and salary them. How long until you give everyone in Tier 2 a fair shot at developing as full-time professionals and actually invest to increase the quality and caliber of your esport. We are 5 years into franchising and most of your future superstars have had to retire at 17-18-19 years old to get a job or focus on their studies because you make it impossible for them to rationalize competing over doing something else.
