@Stinkito_13 Nick Fury supported Project INSIGHT. Objectively, he wasn't a great person. If you're going to argue the Thunderbolts have no right to be considered heroes I'll remind you how Wanda became an Avenger. Clue, its because she switched sides at the last minute.

@EnglishLady15 What I'm saying is that there's people that are not Great, awful people that would want to call their own group "Avengers" like Valentina, who is an Asshole. I'm way comfier that Captain America has the control over the name of the group

@JavensHaven @SpaceXGodXodD @Vanyabug Sam refused to fight Karli like how Steve refused to fight Bucky in the ending of CA:TWS. Sam first tried to talk John down (poorly but obviously unintended, a writing issue, I agree and admit that), but Sam fought John b/c he was going to go back out there and continue.

Bruh John Walker is the jd Vance of the MCU and I’m tired of people acting like they don’t see it, walker barely stands for anything, to the point where he was so obsessed with being removed as captain american that he screamed at his wife after being asked to watch his new born child

@codetitan12 @ElAveInmortal5 @Sksj002 Being Captain America doesn't automatically qualify someone to be leader of the Avengers. Steve was appointed as such by Nick Fury, sure but even in the comics the Avengers had various different leaders at different times.

@Stinkito_13 Clint and Hulk are literally still alive and Bruce is still working. Bucky was a part of Steve's original team in the 1940s & officially named an Avenger by Steve. So he's an "actual proper Avenger" as well.

@ElAveInmortal5 @Sksj002 Nick Fury invented the name, so presumably he or SHIELD are the copyright holders. Possibly Tony Stark's heirs if he bought said Copyright, or the government if he sold it with the Avengers Tower.
