@PassportIRL having read some horror stories of delays I was very nervous…But today I received my baby daughter’s first passport, just over 6 weeks since I applied and delivered on the exact estimated date on the tracker. Thank you! Now to book her first holiday :)

@PassportIRL I have applied for a child’s first passport and need to send parent’s British passports as supporting documents. Can you confirm is this both mother and father’s passports or just one parent?

@dpdireland I selected a pick up point as I knew I wouldn’t be home. However, you were unable to deliver to the pick up point - as no one was there?!? So what do I do now? And what is the point of selecting a pick up point?!
