This video from @NorwichCityFC is the best bit of Mental Health Awareness I’ve ever seen… watch until the end.

Does anyone else struggle to choose which new series or film to watch, so just ends up watching the same ones over and over again or is that just me? 😅

@LauraLolder @DrMBoyd Can I ask how you do feedback to students? I’m currently marking mocks and the feedback is essential but takes ages!

@DrMBoyd I think English teachers/depts have to have a long think about the purpose of assessments and lobby their schools for a different approach. Personalised targets of any type take so long.

Ah, marking exam papers without having to highlight/annotate/provide targets/ plan for extensive DIRT is a) refreshing and b) sooo much quicker. Want to take workload/ well-being seriously? Look at your marking policy.

📚 Luke's Blog (Luke Harkness)
🦜 Picked this up! Initial impressions? It’s a reader’s nightmare; there’s no quotation marks for speech, the chapters are hideously long and it jumps around in time without much obvious indication. BUT it could be one of my books of the year! Have you read it? 👇

I’ve got a migraine that is so powerful I’m considering pulling my eyes out as a bit of light relief. Taken sumatriptan AND ibuprofen. Please, please, end this pain 😫

@LaurenWolkBooks Thank you for your reply! They’ll be so excited. I love that they’ll have to form their own conclusions. They are such fans of Toby; they are so cross with Betty’s accusations. Thanks for giving them that excitement 👏🏻

@LaurenWolkBooks, my Y7 class are reading Wolf Hollow and they adore it. They are most intrigued/distressed about the baby ‘just born, it’s belly still tethered’ - was this Toby’s wife and child?
