@ctshirts very disappointed with customer services who do not want to help me exchange some gifted items....shirt and chinos. Creating blockages insisting on a receipt when I don't have one as the items were gifted to me. Excellent quality items but poor quality service. Tut tut

@ctshirts When I have returned gifted items to other retailers they have only asked for my details. For such a high end brand, the service is pretty low end. All I want is to change the items for a different size. I like the items. I can't be clearer than this.

@ctshirts Thank you for getting back to me. The point is, it's the customer services team who have been unhelpful. The girl I spoke to was terrible. She escalated to a supervisor who was also unhelpful. It seems like it's a culture within the company.
