This one ‘,’ I still sometimes get wrong, yet likely the most common that I use. This one ‘;’ I feel I’m getting the hang of, and this one ‘-’ I like, but I’m still figuring it out. And what is truer to a word - the meaning or the use? Action or recognition? Nuances.

@SholaMos1 I personally let the officers off. Scary situation for unseasoned officers. My main concern is the promotion of violence from this man. @RupertLowe10 I will manifest against you. I really do understand what you are saying. But this is the response i would expect to see from ‘a hero citizen’ not a trained officer. The distinction im poorly making is - Ruperts comment here is the type of comment that 1 promotes violence, 2 Will encourage officers to think ‘its okay for police to be brutal’ Promoting violent officers in my opinion is bad idea. Im not actually blaming the officers as much as i am Ruperts comment. Maybe im wrong. Maybe i see a bugger picture.

@EnigmaenaZ @jordanwill41968 @RupertLowe10 These two officers had to make a judgment call. He’s still armed and they don’t know what else he has. He’s just stabbed two people. He’s a clear threat until fully suppressed.

As an Englishman, I refuse to be in a society reduced to fear of free ticketing police. What happens when it becomes ‘normalised’ and you as an innocent person is incorrectly accused? You will have to eat your own hat. And yes, a punishment that fits the crime is justified, but promoting thuggish police is not the way.
