1.30am - 2.30am *

@greateranglia your LDN to Norwich train 23.30 stopped in diss due to a train fault, asked everyone to get off to get taxis and wait in the rain. We stood for one hour without a single staff member there before the train continued to Norwich without anyone on board. Appalling.

The staff from the train left eveyone to stand in the rain without any information, then left about 20 people still waiting for taxis (only 3 taxis arrived in 1 hour) whilst it continued to Norwich. This was 1.30am-2am. Not a single bit of guidance.
