Weekly Rehab Update 8 No clips this week however I do have results from my ACL testing this Wednesday. My peak torque in my surgical leg made a HUGE 0.7+ increase putting me on track to begin hop training in the next month and to be fully cleared mid-July. RUNNING 8A 🔗highschoolot.com/story/nchsaa-8… It wasn't easy, but Mallard Creek is bringing home another indoor track and field championship. The boys repeated their title in the N.C. High School Athletic Association 8A championships on Thursday at the JDL Fast Track, totaling 55 points to hold off runner-up Jordan's 46. The Mavericks won three events, including double-winner Mason Kelley, who took the 300 and 55. Enloe's Alexander Chapman-Evans was named MVP of the meet, finishing top-3 in three events. @EnloeHSFB South Mecklenburg's Liam Kinken set a new NCHSAA championship record for all classifications in the 500 with a time of .17. @sabreathletics Mallard Creek's Zach Prioleau and Jordan's Xaiver Perkins (who won shot put) were named NCHSAA Farm Bureau sportsmanship winners, given to one athlete from both the state champion and runner-up team.
