Weekly Rehab Update 2 This week started 2nd lift program cycle after a deload week. I additionally got ACL testing done at UNC— testing my force output in both legs, surgical v. non-surgical, I will release results later this week when I get them. Inching closer and closer to Month 4 and to a full-recovery!
