Fantastic study answering a common question - does time away from the bench for career development activities reduce researcher productivity? Results here suggest no significant impact.

Here's our preprint of a study using data from 10 universities and 1700 grad students showing that trainees who participate in low, medium, and high doses of career development programming are no less productive or efficient than those that do not. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
