As a scientist I can confirm this is utter nonsense !

This parliamentary term is on track to be by far the worst for living standards since the 1950s. Typical working age household incomes are on course to be 4% lower in 2024-25 than they were in 2019-20. Never in living memory have families got so much poorer over a parliament.

Back from teaching on an excellent tropical marine field course with @Uni_of_Essex in Baubau, Indonesia. Students loved diving on coral reefs, beach cleans and research projects! Lots of exciting sightings of sharks, rays, sea turtles, more sharks.. @EssexLifeSci @opwall

Great to be part of this global project on plant-pollinator interactions and see it published. Looking forward to seeing how our dataset of interactions will be used in future! 🌷🦟

@EntoChris Wool carder bee is Megachile, no? What's your vibe on B. terrestris pollinating foxglove? There's a hypothesis that weedy foxglove in SE Australia might get more weedy in presence of introduced B. terrestris

It is nice to see our research on rapid evolution in Foxgloves is still being talked about (here in the Times' Nature Notes). Although is it too much to ask that they credit the authors for all our hard work?
