Being the first person in my family to leave New Mexico was cool at first, but I also had no idea how extremely difficult it would turn out to be for my family… and for me. #landofentrapment

I am absolutely pro dog on the furniture. It would be a crime to not let my shaky legged, almost 13 year old pup sleep on the floor (although she does at night in her dog bed-her choice tho).

Should dogs be allowed on the furniture?

My grandma came over today, and without thinking of the repercussions I took out a CAN of pinto beans folks. She looked me in the eye and said, “are those for the dogs?”. This is when I knew, although stressed, I should have invested the time and made them the “right way”. 🤦🏻‍♀️
