The market just repriced Fed cuts.
Sep, Oct, Dec probabilities. Gone.
Here's what that means for $USOIL
1/ Risk assets are getting hit.
When rate cut expectations die, liquidity dries up.
Equities, crypto. Vulnerable.
2/ But oil is different.
It was trading on conflict premium.
That's priced in now.
What replaces it? Macro fundamentals.
And macro is turning bullish for crude.
3/ The setup.
4H structure. We spiked hard, now retracing.
Fib 0.5 sits at 90.19.
I'm watching 90.09. That's my entry zone.
Tight stop below the grey zone. Target 98.30.
4/ I'm not chasing.
If price sweeps 90 and holds, I'm in.
If it breaks, I sit on my hands and reassess.
Risk management over being right.

Most traders backtest the wrong way. They take all their trades, winners and losers, calculate an overall win rate and think they have a strategy. That's exactly how you stay mediocre.
What I'm about to explain completely changed the way I trade.
Your job is not to test every possible trade in the past. Your job is to identify the setups that WORKED and understand why they worked.
The difference is massive.
Pull up the history. Scan your charts. But only keep the winning trades that respected your parameters. Structure, level, equilibrium, timing. Everything had to be aligned.
Now ask yourself the real question. What did all these winning trades have in common.
The same type of structure. The same type of level. The same session. The same context. When you do this across 100 winning trades, the patterns become impossible to ignore.
"80% of my winning trades are buys on bullish structure, level validated by volume profile, price returning to equilibrium, London NY overlap session, no major news release."
You just defined your A+ setup based on what actually works.
Your brain is a pattern recognition machine. When you show it 100 winning trades with the same characteristics, it registers the model. In real time, when the market presents those same conditions, you don't need to think anymore. You don't need a checklist. You know.
That's the instant.
And when the setup doesn't match exactly the pattern your brain registered, you feel hesitation. That hesitation is your signal. Pass. You trade less. But you trade right.
The problem is most traders do the opposite. They spend hours analyzing their losing trades. They literally train their brain to recognize patterns that don't work. They create confusion where there should be clarity.
Focus only on what works. 100 trades. 200 trades. Only winners that respected all your criteria. Immerse yourself in the pattern until it's engraved.
After this work you don't search for trades anymore. You don't force mediocre setups anymore. You wait. And when the perfect setup appears your brain recognizes it instantly. You enter without hesitation because you've seen this pattern work 100 times.
That's the difference between a trader who guesses and a trader who knows.
