Ideas from real founders, real entrepreneurs, and people who actually make money with AI. This is where they're all saying to focus: 1. AI UGC/ads (AI user-generated content) AI models & influencers are going mega viral right now. I bet you didn't know that on TikTok/Instagram alone, 5-10% of all content is already UGC. They land 5-figure sponsorships, brand deals, and platform-based impression revenue. 2. SMB AI tutoring (small business AI tutoring) The playbook is simple: consult/teach small businesses how to use cutting-edge AI tools (think: OpenClaw, Claude, Manus, Google Labs tools) 3. Agentic workflow design Similar to the above, but instead of just teaching, you actually implement AI systems (think: deploying OpenClaws, personalized compute setups, etc.) 4. Personal AI media Building distribution around the AI space. Essentially, building a personal brand that is directly tied to AI tech. YouTube, X, and Instagram are where you want to be with this. (no UGC here - you are the face) 5. Faceless video content If you're paying attention to any big creators right now, many of them are focused on "cloning" themselves with AI (to buy back their production/film time). Your pitch: you help them set this up and create an accurate/repeatable system for deploying AI "cloned" content (YouTube here). Of course, there are a ton of AI business models, but these are the ones that are actually making people money right now.
