Aave V3 USDC supply rate is sitting at 3.5%-4.5%, roughly 1-2% above pre-rsETH hack levels. The rate is now converging with other lending and yield products in the industry, including Sky's sUSDS, Maple's syrupUSDC, and the USDC lending yield on Steakhouse Prime Vault via Morpho. This could be a signal that depositors are repricing the risk in DeFi.

The @Arbitrum DAO Treasury Management Portfolio has deployed $1.88M into @Sparkdotfi's sUSDC on Arbitrum. sUSDC was one of the standout assets in DRIP Season 1, growing from $19M to $126M (6X) in market cap. Excited to continue backing Spark's growth on Arbitrum.

The @arbitrum DAO proposal to "Release Frozen ETH Pursuant to Court Order" is now live for onchain voting and has already received 103M votes, representing 54% of the required constitutional quorum. The proposal seeks to release the frozen ETH secured by the Arbitrum Security Council following the rsETH incident. A court order has since authorized the transfer of the funds to a wallet controlled by @aave LLC, which would hold the ETH while court deliberations continue.
