Oak Creek-Franklin is filling up with em. (Not as much as the western areas) There are tons of higher priced apartments and condominiums going up and available. The folks that actually need lower rent space can’t find it. OC/Franklin continue to expand on all the available land.

@CNBC US is a net exporter of crude oil. We import the heavy crude because we have the only refining options for it. It’s a shell game.
