@HM_Passport Please help!child renewal has been on processing since 11th. Flying Sat 23rd. I have a very anxious little girl who will miss out on a family holiday. Advised since 1st October to fast track need old passport which you have. So I was advised to wait for new one.

@jloweshairsalon @RNLeahM @elmwicke @JezLynch @HM_Passport I just phoned the above number and didn’t get anywhere the person who answered said he would transfer me to progress team which then couldn’t as line was busy and all he could do is send an email to request a call back. He is working from home and there was nothing he could do😩

So that’s over 6 hours of ringing the @HM_Passport office, no queuing system just “we are busy” end of call, web chat broken so no alternative method, how do we speak to someone urgently re an application?

I have applied online for a child renewal passport, status showing documents received and I am now panicking as we are due to fly on 23/10/21. @HM_Passport will this be done one time if not what are my other options. Please help!
