@FlannerysBar Busier than usual. It’s a disgrace…nothing in the city anymore. Before it used to be a destination, now it’s a thoroughfare. No Cinema, theatre, toy shops or family friendly attractions. Council asleep at the wheel focused on making it more cyclist friendly.

@paddycosgrave Why would anyone want to step forward to even try replace these politicians, if hurlers from “the ditch” can simply tar them all with the same brush and call them corrupt. Being a politician is a thankless job. Rather than being negative all the time, suggest how to improve.

RTE’s top brass are as rotten as the FAI’s top brass were. But without proper accountability at the top in Ireland, & that means replacing consultants & their toothless reports with criminal investigations, little will change. The entire upper crust of Irish society is almost without exception rotten to the core. It’s time things changed.
