something about Jschlatt becoming one of the least controversial men from the DSMP is incredibly comedic to me

@notevaniam @atypeofbirb @ettufruite Even if they did, dancing lights sheds lights for a limited time at a fixed location. The player arrives at the Shadow Cursed lands when that battle already happened for who knows how long. They'd be sitting ducks even if they casted Dancing Lights and would prob die anyways

do u guys ever think abt how komira (arabella’s mother) gives you a locket of dancing light as a thank you for saving her daughter and then die from the shadow curse which would be prevented by a spell like dancing light

@SenorMits @skarsghardy oh definitely, but they certainly did not die because of giving away the locket with Dancing Lights is what I meant😁

@Eothas96 @skarsghardy Tbf, they were looking for Arabella at the time. I imagine if she was dead they wouldn't have gone out looking for her and gone to the House of Healing to begin with. Guess I have a reason to do a partially evil run to find out!

@BonJeacon @atypeofbirb @ettufruite they were killed by the nurses inside the House of Healing. Dancing lights- or any light source for that matter, would not have kept the nurses at bay

@BonJeacon @atypeofbirb @ettufruite That's because Arabella's parents didn't die due to a lack of a light source, they died as they were fleeing from the Absolutists' attack and entered the House of Healing thinking it was abandoned, they were NOT killed by the Shadow Curse specifically-
