In short, I firmly believe I have the best fucking doctor I’ve ever met.

I broke down and asked my doctor for help with my mental health today. She immediately told me that PPD is common, not my fault, and fixable. And then asked me what route I was comfortable taking.

We will still be answering emails and enrolling participants over the holidays, so there will always be at least one person that wants to hear from you! (Even if that person is just your friendly neighbourhood research assistant) ❤️

Be sure to check in with yourself, and if things are getting overwhelming, reach out to someone.

With one week left until Christmas, we want to acknowledge that this time of year, while filled with joy and family, can also be deeply stressful. 😔
