Right now, most "AI x crypto" projects are AI narrative + existing DeFi product, not actually integrated. The real thing is when the protocol logic itself is AI-driven: dynamic rates, predictive liquidations, risk scoring ... maybe 5-10 projects doing this for real in 2026.

Yes today, a single person can build a very clean product, an MVP as we call it in Web2. If it solves a problem, you find your users, then you can build the team and the product

Today, the "KYA" (Know Your Agent) framework is coming whether the industry is ready or not. ERC-8004 + ERC-8220 just filed April 7, we're literally writing the laws for AI agents participating in financial markets. This is policy-level stuff happening at the protocol layer.

Stop farming everything blindly. Pick 3 protocols you actually believe in, use them like a real user, and qualify naturally. Protocols can tell the difference. The allocation reflects it.

I think, ERC-8004 is probably the most important Ethereum standard nobody's talking about. It gives AI agents persistent on-chain identities and reputation scores, basically KYC, but for bots. An agent with a bad reputation score can't access good DeFi rates.
