@warper2509 Cactuars only became a staple starting in Final Fantasy 4 and Tonberries in 5. There are FF monsters that have been in far more games far earlier. So while they’ are iconic, they aren’t the MOST iconic.

@fruitylobster As a meat eater, I completely agree. I would personally have issues eating animals we typically keep as pets but I completely accept that others don’t have the same issue.

All the people saying that Lucasfilm should de-canonize the Sequel Trilogy and make the Zahn trilogy as movies need to explain how you're supposed to make a movie set five years after Return of the Jedi with Luke, Han, and Leia still as young as they were at the end of ROTJ without recasting (which they'd reject), without CGI/AI (which they'd reject), and in live action in 2026.
