$apu community member retrospective I love the frog Not the community frog, but The FROG That exists outside of the community and the token Memes are eternal As far back as I can remember ( $link marine that got into crypto around covid times) the frog was heavily adopted and used by Link Marines Full stop, 2020 was my introduction to $apu prior to the token launch But honestly the frog exists even outside of link I was there in the early days around Pallidus (sp I don’t care to source it) 4chan post and subsequent ruggin-ing I was there for the cto I was there for the ath ((Admittedly I’m a dirty trader and ended up selling towards the top)) (The top signal was in with some random tweeker dancing on stage at a crypto con and some dumb raper getting a Solana face tat) I didn’t lose faith in the community I didn’t lose faith in the token I read the writing on the wall and exited for a time I dabbled here and there Still engaged witht $apu and the community Got super hyped for the nft launch Got burned on being pushed back and a very shitty shitty launch That was fine I was still here Still engaging Still buying Time passes We are likely (as an industry approaching our top we will all bleed, tell me I’m doom posting calling me a bear these are realistic expectations you should all be adults and swallow, if nothing more to protect your self and get ready for the next run) Weirdo tier shit starts happening in the community Some of us call it out Some of us are bought off The few remaining are like “wtf mate” The math ain’t mathing across the board Dm if your curious on this take You think I want the token to fail? I agree we should tip pizza drivers, but so many companies are now subsidizing employee wages with tips, it’s inescapable and everywhere For pizza delivery drivers in the US, tips typically make up 25–50% (or more) of total take home pay.
