It analyses child vulnerability to poverty as a broader concept than child poverty because, besides material deprivation, it also considers psychosocial deprivation resulting from children's relationships with their closest environments.

It has been selected as one of the three best papers in 2024 for the journal’s Editor’s Choice Programme of Socio-Economic Planning Sciences sciencedirect.com/journal/socio-…
