Just to add some context - I did ask the driver quite politely to move (I pointed out that there are plenty of places to park on the street around the corner behind me, just a few metres away). Driver didn’t even look up from his phone and said “oh, my bad.” I walked on but decided to return a few minutes later to see if he had moved, which he hadn’t, which is why I took this photo. His sense of entitlement to block the ENTIRE pavement really aggravated me and I was a lot less polite in asking him to move again. He continued to ignore me and started making a call on one of his two(!!) phones. He moved some time later when I heard an angry male jogger have a go at him for forcing him to run in the road. Most drivers don’t do this. We shouldn’t tolerate dangerous and irresponsible behaviour from the few that do.

Staggeringly selfish parking on Oxford Road in Moseley @BadlyParkedB13 @MoseleyHeathWMP. I asked the driver (who was sitting in the car) to move. He didn’t.
