The message was clear: growing climate-resilient food takes time, care & risk. That work must be resourced. Patrick opened the session by sharing our work on unconditional cash transfers as a lever for equity, dignity & regeneration.

Last week, Equal Right joined food producers, campaigners & policymakers at the Feeding Ourselves conference in Ireland. Our ED Patrick Brown moderated a vital panel on how #BasicIncome can support food sovereignty & climate justice.

Our democracy is dead. It was killed by billionaires who were armed by the Supreme Court. To resurrect our democracy, we need to publicly fund elections, implement universal basic income, end gerrymandering via proportional ranked choice voting, tax wealth, and expand the SCOTUS.
