The current rumor in the industry is that Xenith has been purchased and promptly shut down by a rival helmet company.

Xenith has been omitted from the 2025 NFL/NFLPA helmet study. The company quietly shut down and has sold off all of its stock over the past 6 months. No official announcement has been made of their fate other than a report that they ‘shut down operations’ in January 2025.

The Eagles are wearing their Kelly Green throwbacks this week, but their usual midnight green practice jersey. It’s not unusual to do, it just creates a strange look for practice.

The latest trend that’s slowly picking up speed is to wear gear of your opponents colors; early on we’re seeing it with mouthguards and gloves. Would you like to see this trend fully take off? (Lamar vs Bengals, Flowers vs Bengals, Keon Coleman vs Ravens, Kenny Moore vs Bills)

Jagged-barred facemasks have been the biggest trend in football this season, regardless of helmet model. Do you prefer the new wave of masks, or the classic straight bars?

During the preseason, Marcus Mariota became the first quarterback in NFL history to wear #0. He switched to #18 for the regular season, however. Which number better suits Mariota since his usually #8 is taken?

Over the last few seasons, we’ve seen a rapid increase in the usage of tinted visors, however it appears that the NFL has again cracked down on them. The majority of players who had been using 20% visors have scaled down to a lighter tint or completely clear visors.

Guardian Caps have been the talk of the helmet world for a while now. At least half a dozen NFL players are also using them in-game. What are your thoughts on Guardian Caps?

The San Francisco 49ers Color Rush uniforms were all-black. They were very poorly received and were retired after 2 season. Did you like the Niners in black, or are you glad they ditched these?

Tua has already stated that he will not be retiring from football. He has now suffered concussions in multiple top-of-the-line helmets. Would you stick with the VICIS ZERO2 QB model he uses, or continue to shop around and try other helmets?

At this point, every college football fan has seen Dylan Raiola and his Patrick Mahomes comparison. The question is whether is cringe or just a kid having fun? I think it’s a little too much, but I also see it as a teenager copying his favorite player.

@dcbeersnake1 I’ll concede that the white jersey isn’t terrible. Watching the Titans-Jets game now and the green jersey stands out as terrible to me.
