I wanted to move into a different unit in a @EquityRes building... I was told that I have to give a 30-day transfer notice with a 20-day end-of-lease notice, plus a one month rent fee, but the unit was available in 25 days.... yet the staff could NOT make an exception... why

Things like #ADA, #CodeCompliance Does your insurance companies actually see your properties and the dangers they pose? and you know fraud is a crime, and extra when it’s against children or elderly or disabled. You know a broken fence between a playground and Pool is a really big No no in calif. Over a month that wasn’t touched. Good business people aren’t you. The fraud is unraveling…..
